Due to the personalized, customized, and intangible nature of services provided by The Witch Visions, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to tarot and psychic readings, remote viewing, spiritual consultations, spellwork, ritual services, custom spiritual work, express services, upgrades, and other digital or personalized services.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with a reading or interpretation, changes in personal circumstances, failure to provide requested information, or deciding that you no longer want the service.
• Purchasing Express or priority service does not make the order refundable.
• Once work, preparation, research, reading, consultation, ritual preparation, or another part of your service has begun, the purchase remains final.
• Results from spiritual services can vary. Purchasing a service does not constitute a guarantee of a particular personal, relationship, financial, legal, immigration, medical, or other outcome.
• Filing a payment dispute does not automatically alter the terms agreed to at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description, pricing, expected delivery timeframe, and all applicable terms before completing their purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
