These terms govern purchases from The Witch Visions. Please read the description of your chosen service, its price, any stated booking or delivery timeframe, and our No Refund Policy before ordering.

Our services

We offer personalized tarot and psychic readings, remote viewing, consultations, spellwork, cleansing and protection work, and other custom spiritual services. The specific work included depends on the service description and any details agreed for your order. Services may be digital, intangible, live, or performed remotely. Purchasing a priority add-on does not purchase the underlying spellwork service; an eligible spellwork order must be purchased separately, and priority placement is subject to availability.

Your order and participation

Provide accurate contact details and the questions, background, or other information reasonably requested to perform your service. Do not submit information about another person that you are not entitled to share. For a live service, follow the booking instructions supplied for that service. If information is missing or a request cannot be accepted, contact us through the Contact page so the order can be reviewed.

Booking and fulfillment

Any booking queue, delivery estimate, express option, or service period stated on the relevant product page applies to that service. Standard and expedited services are distinct; purchasing a standard service does not include expedited placement. Timing can depend on the service, availability, and receipt of information needed to perform it. Check the product page before purchase and contact us if a timeframe is unclear. We do not promise a completion date or hour that is not stated for the service.

Nature of spiritual services

Readings and spiritual work offer insight or spiritual services, not certainty about another person's choices or future events. No particular relationship, financial, legal, immigration, medical, pregnancy, or other external outcome is guaranteed. These services are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our No Refund Policy applies to purchases of personalized, digital, intangible, and custom services, including express and priority options. Please read it before purchasing. Nothing in these terms or that policy limits any refund, cancellation, dispute, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Content and permitted use

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reading materials, written guidance, and other original content supplied by The Witch Visions are for the purchaser's personal use. Do not impersonate another customer, misuse our contact channels, submit unlawful or abusive requests, or reproduce or commercially redistribute our original materials without permission, subject to rights provided by law.
